2.the last dmp file i have is from 28/12/15 ,my configuration is set to

3. there are 2 option for intel graphic driver
win64_152824.exe - This driver is in self installing format intended for end users.
win64_152824.zip - This driver is in zip format intended for developers and IT professionals.

what option to chose if i use ddu
can i just install the file that is intended for end users?

Simply use the .exe yes.

The code displayed is what caused the crash and some data that could be used for reference (I use it always)

after uninstalling the hd driver
i tried to install win64_152824.exe
but i got message does not meet minimum requirements
should i use the intel update utility which tries to install the same driver i think
because i do not find another matching driver

if i upgrade to windows 10 the bios is updated too?
what about the hd graphic driver how can i check if it is compatible with windows 10
is it necessary to update the hd graphic when you change motherboard?

1. It usually isn't recommended to update the BIOS unless there are problems that the update might be able to solve.
2. No, the BIOS is a part of the system, but not of Windows.
3. You can use driver verifier and specify it on the graphics drivers, the release from Intel might also help.
4. Normally someone only updates drivers when he/she is having problems, 'don't fix what aint broken' don't update if there are no problems (unless if you want to of course)

i had now again blue screen.
same error
any other driver i should update?
it happened while accounting software i am using for my business was open suddenly it freezed and alt ctrl del did not work
after a minute i got the blue screen and reboot screen afterwords
the blue screen view i try to see is only showing crash from 28/12/15 how to refresh it?

You can't, the system only creates the files when it happens.
That no dump is created nor even logged means some serious hardware problems, a suspect would be the memory as the memory is the source of the data where the dump is created from.

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

i ran the test overnight
i just finished now 11 passes without error.
and i already changed the memory stick few weeks ago to see if it solve the problem
but it happened also with another memory stick so i put back my original memory

no
but i ran all the common tests on them.
the ssd is new
and the hdd is also new it was installed instead of the previous hdd after this problem started.

Keep in mind that even if you run a 100 tests on them the hard drives could still be the problem, because no program is 100% and it is possible that something hasn't been detected.

A clean hard drive would be necessary for testing purposes, only things that need to be done:

1. a clean install of Windows 7
2. only Microsoft Security Essentials installed
3. Windows Update up to date.

If after that the system still crashes then following needs to be done

• sata replacement for testing purpose again
• use a different sata port

the only thing i regret is that when the lab installed the ssd they duplicate the windows 7 that was installed on the hdd and paste it on the ssd. they did it to save time i guess but also to maintain the same working state i was in ,so i did not insist on the clean installation.
on the other hand microsoft said it not operating system problem
the sata cable and ports are new as the cables and motherboard were replaced since this problem started

That something has been replaced doesn't mean they aren't faulty.

It is not the OS I want to focus on, but more the hardware with a stability test of the minimum installed.

just wondering, i did not have any crash this weak. could the fact that the dmp files were not created last time
is related to the fact that the calender was set to past date a month ago since i had to restore some documents for the
accounting software i use.
can incorrect date by itself can cause pc crash?

Dumps that aren't created could be caused by quite some things.

Incorrect date could cause many things, I'm not certain if an incorrect date could cause a crash but I don't think so. It wouldn't sound logic to me if it does.

i attached here blue screen jpg from today
it says collecting data for crash dump but in blue screen view .exe there is no evidance
i also attached the last crash evidence from 28.12.15 and the DM Log Collector.
on 29/12/15 i replaced the cooler
the frequency of blue screen is much less since the intel hd graphics upgrade
so i think maybe something was damaged while replacing the cooler
do you have any direction i can check without installing windows again?
or do you think the next step should be installing windows anyway like you recommended
