I been having a lots of systems freezings, the only way to make the computer respond again was doing hard reboots. Been like thi for several months (I mean a lot of time) trying to find a solution to my problem.
It happens randomly, mostly on youtube videos
Wont happen playing videogames (like fallout 4, metal gear 5, league of legends, skyforge and so on)
I tried few OS, win 7, win 8.1 and win 10 (it happens more often in 8.1 and much more often in win 10)

I had tried lots of solutions but none worked.
Things I tried so far (maybe I've done them wrong)

1.- Virus - malwares - spywares search (avast, eset smart installer, malwarebytes)
2.- Ran CCleaner, Glary Utilities, argente register cleaner and tuneUp
3.- Check RAM memories with memtest and unpluging/swaping slots (I really believe RAM must be the problem and must check them again in a better way, tell me if you know how)
3.- Check HDD with CHKDSK and tried clean installs in diverent HDD
4.- Several formats (windows 7, 8 and 10)
5.- Updated / dawngrade drivers
6.- Clean all dust in my components, check connectors, pins and replace thermal paste (I dont know how to check wires of HDD)
7.- Dont know how to check motherboard nor processor
8.- Updated BIOS version
9.- Added external cooler devises (to not steal power from the PSU)
10.- Few CMD commands told by mycrosoft comunity.
11.- I am sure I am missing something

I added the only DMP file I could get (the only time my PC reboots itself I got an event viewer pop up and gatter everything I could)
Also added the whocrashed and event viewer logs (or most of I could get)

The event viewer put this as the source of the problem (but maybe it is wrong and you will find the correct source) ntkrpamp.exe. And it may be caused by asus apps
Alsso heard that windows update can cause errors (I stoped the WUS temporaly)

I tried to give as much information I could

I hope you can find a solution. Thanks!

You are running an Acer Product ID (PID) on an ASUS board.
This makes your installation counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.
Code:
Fabricante del sistema operativo: Microsoft Corporation
Configuraci¢n del sistema operativo: Estaci¢n de trabajo independiente
Tipo de compilaci¢n del sistema operativo: Multiprocessor Free
Propiedad de: Federico

I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.

I'll be completely honest with you. When I build this PC (custom build) I used to use Windows XP untill my brother gave me a genuine copy of windows 7 32 bits (for DELL PCs). I used normally with no problems that OS untill I upgraded my PC (one of the changes was going from 4 to 8 gb ram) and I needed a 64 bit OS. So I downloaded a windows 7 64 bits and used the the activation code from the genuine 32 bit. I had no problems using that OS (like 2 years). This problem started at the middle of 2015. I tried a copy of WINDOWS 10 which there is no way to be non-genuine since it was the self-upgrade and one of the copies I downloaded direct from microsoft (i mean, its free). And the problem is far more frecuent in windows 10 than win 7.

So, as you can see problem also persist in a 100% genuine copy of windows 10.

Wish I could solve this problem before doing another format (i have formated the PC hundreds of time, switching from OS to OS and so far this OS is the less problematic)

But it also happens on windows 10 (more often also). I have to install windows 10 and suffer lots of crashes more untill I can solve the problem?

If I can solve the problem I will install again windows 10 (the little time I used it was fanstastic, really fast and friendly, but crashes made me go back to seven)

This may help understanding things.
My understanding of things is if you use a counterfeit copy of Windows 7 to upgrade to W-10 you now have a W-10 that is not genuine and will not activate properly.
Basically it's upgrading from counterfeit to counterfeit with Microsoft's permission but still no proper activation until somebody pays Microsoft.

The Windows 10 free upgrade for pirates: More confusing than it seems | Ars Technica

The consumer free upgrade offer for Windows 10 applies to qualified new and existing devices running Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows Phone 8.1. Some editions are excluded from the consumer free upgrade—including Windows 7 Enterprise, Windows 8/8.1 Enterprise, and Windows RT/RT 8.1. Active Software Assurance customers in volume licensing have the benefit to upgrade to other Windows 10 enterprise offerings.

We have always been committed to ensuring that customers have the best Windows experience possible. With Windows 10, although non-Genuine PCs may be able to upgrade to Windows 10, the upgrade will not change the genuine state of the license. Non-Genuine Windows is not published by Microsoft. It is not properly licensed, or supported by Microsoft or a trusted partner. If a device was considered non-genuine or mislicensed prior to the upgrade, that device will continue to be considered non-genuine or mislicensed after the upgrade. According to industry experts, use of pirated software, including Non-Genuine Windows, results in a higher risk of malware, fraud (identity theft, credit card theft, etc), public exposure of your personal information, and a higher risk for poor performance or feature malfunctions.

Then I have to install the windows 7 32bit (which is genuine) to get support and then upgrade from that one to windows 10?

If you have a proper, legal, Windows 7 key you should be able to upgrade to W-10 properly.

I believe their are different ways of doing this legally.

Our sister Forum should be able to give you guidance on how to do this.

Actually, I upgraded to win 10 using my seven key.
When win 10 asked my product key I used win 7 key and it was accepted. The only reaso I am not using win 10 its because it crashes more frequently than seven.

Sorry, but this doesn't change anything. We only provide support when you prove to have a genuine installation.

If I downgrade to seven 32bit (which I showed In my last post its genuine) will I get support? and more important, can it be solved? Because it will be a waste of time going to seven 32 bit and not fixing the issue

You will get support yes, but to solve it might be a bit difficult, installing different operating systems and keep getting crashes results in hardware problems.
