Hello!

I'm experiencing BSODs randomly between 9pm and 6am almost daily. I have a perfect disk defrag scheduled daily between 1am and 3am. Nod32 v8 scans around 3am et daily. I also use Malabytesware PRO which runs every 6 hours. This morning the BSOD was presented when I went to my computer around 6am. I reviewed all logs and everything ran to completion with the exception of NOD32 v8 log; there's an entry indicating the update module experienced an ERROR creating temporary file (10/10/2014 5:49:57 AM Update module Error creating temporary file. NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM) I've saved the dump files etc and would appreciate if you could review them.

Hi :)

It seems like the BSOD is related to igdkmd32.sys. I think this is the Intel Graphics Kernel Mode Driver.
Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for [COLOR="Red"]igdkmd32.sys[/COLOR]
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for [COLOR="red"]igdkmd32.sys[/COLOR]
Probably caused by :[COLOR="red"] igdkmd32.sys [/COLOR]( igdkmd32+3b6a6 )
The date of this driver is
Code:
Thu Oct 31 18:26:06 2013

I think you can update this. To do so follow this.
- Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com
- On the right you will notice three selection boxes
- In the first find and choose Graphics Drivers
- On the second find and choose Desktop Graphic Drivers
- On the third select 2nd Generation Intel Core Processors With HD Graphics
- Then select Find
- This will bring up a few results
- Select the option that says Intel® HD Graphics Driver for Windows* 7/8/8.1 32bit
- *It is the second option on mine*
- Then download and follow the instructions

Your screen may flash during the install. You might also need to reboot your PC.

Then see how that goes and let us know if it BSOD's again! :)
