BSOD, screen glitches. hardware malfunction?

I just started getting problems with screen glitches. I have a HP laptop on which the screen jumps up and down every now and then. Two days ago I got a BSOD and since I don't know how to read the information in the dump I decided to upload it here. Please note that I had some problems with the computer a few years ago, but HP fixed it.

What antivirus do you use? And any particular reasons for not installing Service Pack 1?

I used Eset until a couple of months ago, but my subscription ran out so I'm currently without an Av-program. I know that it's stupid. No real reason why I haven't installed sp1. Do you think that it could have anything to do with the glitches?

Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-

Well, the Malwarebyte found 16 files that were contaminated so I deleted them. Otherwise, no. Haven't been able to use the computer that much the last few days, but there hasn't been any BSOD's today at least. The screen hasn't been flimmering either.

Yeah, it has always felt like a friggin' vulcano. No cooling pad. I'm not sure, but it feels like the fan isn't working.

Umm okay have you tried clearing the dust inside the lappy? That may be a reason for the heat up as well.
you should keep a cooling pad though.

Yeah, I used a can of compressed air a few weeks ago but it doesn't feel like it helped any. I'll go and buy a cooling pad tomorrow. Thanks for the advice!
