I have been getting BSoD for quite a few months now (started saving copies and the oldest is April of this year) .. and because of the often occurrence I have a shortcut to my install of "BlueScreenView" on my desktop.
The latest BSoD read as:
Caused by address: amdppm.sys+28aead0
Crash address: amdppm.sys+36edf8a
Previous BSoD:

I know that amdppm.sys is a AMD Processor driver but I have the most recent version of AMD Catalyst 12.6:
Software:
Driver Packaging Version: 8.97.100.3-120703a-145534C-ATI
Catalyst Version: 12.6
Direct3D Version: 7.14.10.0911
OpenGL Version: 6.14.10.11653
AMD VISION Engine Control Center Version: 2012.0704.122.388
Hardware - Primary Adapter:
Graphics Chipset: ATI Radeon HD 4850
BIOS Version: 011.016.000.028 (No there is no newer version)
Memory Size: 1024 MB
Memory Type: GDDR3
Core Clock in MHz: 625 MHz
Memory Clock in MHz: 993 MHz
Other:
Display Max Resolution: 1920x1080
Currently used: 1280x1024 32 Bpp @ 75 Hz (Color quality High (32-bit) Landscape)
max refresh rate: 75Hz
Display name: L1718S
CPU Processor Speeds: 1200 MHz - 2300 MHz
Typing this while waiting for the SF Diagnostic Tool to finish as it is taking a long time (with the "Grab All" option).
Also I will also be burning a newer copy of Memtest to CD to check my memory but the last time I did there were no problems found.
I am not really experienced at diagnosing problems but I am not new to computers neither. I just know how to research better than solve the problems myself.
Because the SF Diagnostic Tool scan is slowing down my computer and I don't want to lose all that I have posted thus far I am going to submit and hope that I can edit to add the required zip file of the scan results.
Okay got it. Seems if you don't put this on your desktop it doesn't actually save it to your desktop but on what ever drive you put it on in the #:\Users\*name*\Desktop\SF_*DAY-MONTH-YEAR*
The latest BSoD read as:

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow
these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer
for any Windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware
or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart
your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then
