BSOD then stuck at start up repai

Start up repair will go for a few seconds. Then stop saying it cannot repair this computer. The info it gives me is this:

Problem event name: StartupRepairOffline
Probsig 5: AutoFailover
Probsig 6: 15
Probsig 7: CorruptFile

I've tried bootrec and there haven't been any restore points either. Also. I do not have a windows boot CD or anything like that. I had just installed rainmeter and Norton this morning. Both required restarts and I did. It ran fine. I accidently hit a button from my rain meter skin That powered down my machine. Upon trying to boot the of it blue screened and I am now stuck In start up repair. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Download home premium 64 bit iso, burn it in a blank DVD, and run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/681-startup-repair.html, for three times, with restart after every single run.
