Yes please, as im not sure if its RAM related.
If we do all this we can start to rule out possible problems.

Alright, let's slow this down a bit.
This is the preferred and definitive RAM test it will take a while but it is the gold standard,
Information
MemTest86+
Run a
minimum of 8 passes , preferably overnight, or until errors occur using
MemTest86+ .
Use this tutorial to help you use MemTest86+:
RAM - Test with MemTest86+
Let's forget about the verifier, and the BIOS.
Report back the results of this test.

As Derek syas mate and maybe have a look at the PSU use this
Using HW Info
You can test the volts on thePSU with HW Info HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 -Download < download the rightbit version and close the right hand window select Sensors and scroll down tothe power section where you will see what the volts are doing see my pic.
The original right handwindow shows the machine running and is handy for that but for looking at the components in somedetail close it and use the main left hand side panel
FOR OTHER COMPONENTS
Open each + down into thecomponent itself and then click on it -in the right hand side will appear all sorts of details including brands speedsand other essential info that device. See pic for example.
In my pic it doesn't show what you will se in a desktop so just scroll down that list until you see the rails volts.

I'll let the hardware guys advise further on those tests, I did notice you were missing quite a few updates though, try getting that taken care of.
Also if you keep having problems just run this tool and post with your next update,
1. Download this file to your desktop or other convenient location,
Download
2. Double click on the file to run it.
3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.
