Hello,

I started to get these blue screens a couple days ago and they are becoming more and more frequent. I do not what to do to fix it. I have a Toshiba Satellite A665-S5185 Windows 7 64-Bit Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2630QM [email protected] 8GB RAM. I get a WORKER_THREAD_RETURNED_AT_BAD_IRQL everytime. The blue screen creates a crash dump but I do not know how to read it or find it. I have Verizon McAfee Internet Security Suite, Microsoft Security Essentials, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, and SuperAntiSpyware. I think the problem is the drivers. I used a free software to check if they were up to date and it said 8 of them were out-of-old. I did not download any of them because I could not install them and could not find them.

I also get a message after reboot saying:

OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: e1
BCP1: FFFFF80003783560
BCP2: 0000000000000002
BCP3: FFFFFA800DBB4200
BCP4: FFFFFA800DBB4200
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\102612-21434-01.dmp
C:\Users\*user*\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-1643844-0.sysdata.xml

Thanks in advance for the help.

My dump file can be found at this link (I uploaded it):

Welcome and thanks for the rep

Please free-up your start-up first, nothing except the antivirus is needed:

Problematic software:
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Advanced System Optimizer 3	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Advanced System Optimizer 3	Public

Please refrain from using such tools. They often tune-down the system rather than tune-up. Uninstall all of it with the free version of Revo Uninstaller (Advanced mode). If you want to know about system optimization, go through the tutorial linked below and for registry cleaning, history etc. Ccleaner has a good reputation.
Code:
McAfee Internet Security Suite
McAfee is known to cause BSODs. Please uninstall it completely with its removal tool from this link. PS/ Keeping two antiviruses on the same computer would cause conflicts anyway.
Code:
Driver	c:\windows\system32\drivers\igdkmd64.sys (8.15.10.2353, 11.69 MB (12,262,624 bytes), [COLOR="Blue"]4/5/2011[/COLOR] 3:10 AM)
Get the latest drivers for your integrated graphics/motherboard,chipset drivers/network drivers from:

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Let us know the results and further BSODs if any

How do I make sure I am installing the most up-to-date-compatible-for-my-laptop drivers if they are not on the Intel site.

I also did the scans you asked for me to do and the System File Checker reported no errors or corruptions. I attached what the Chkdsk said to this post. Also when I try to download something the blue screen occurs. For example when I try to download a video off my email or a TV show video from the TV provider's site (ex: NBC) the blue screen occurs.

I uninstalled McAfee. I had a question regarding the links you posted.

Should I follow these steps:

"Follow this method for re-installation:
Download and install Driver Sweeper:
→ |MG| Driver Fusion (Driver Sweeper) 1.2.0 Download
Download the auto-detect tool for AMD.
→ AMD Driver Autodetect
Boot into Safe Mode from Advanced Boot Options:
→ Advanced Boot Options
Type in Driver Fusion in Search
Remove all drivers
Boot normally now, and install the latest drivers from the
auto-detect program you downloaded."
