Hi There I'm having exactly the same issues when playing Diablo 3. So I see the SOLVED part in the thread name and I really would like to know how did you solved it??

Short summary on my activity so far
So in general the crash sometimes is BSOD, some time directly reboot the machine. The scary part is that sometimes after reboot when the Win7 loads up it reboot itself again! The most scary part is that sometimes everything goes black and it had to be rebooted via the power button, but the system does not want to boot after this - so I leave it for a minute or two then I can power it back on.
I want to point that the most of the CRASHes are when I just browse the AuctionHouse.
What I did so far:
0. GPU does not overheat. Monitoring it when I play the game via NVIDIA system tools
1. Tried to roll back the NVIDIA drivers - from the latest one back to old ones - NOT HELP
2. Updated BIOS to the latest version - NOT HELP
3. Run As Admin on Diablo3 - NOT HELP
4. Reduce the frame to 60 in the options - NOT HELP - I crash in the AH why even bother
5. memtesting programs like memtest86 and etc. No even one reported that I have problems with the memory.
6. Run all kind of HDD disc checks - no problems found

Welcome to Seven Forums mmx.

The OP RMA'ed the GPU (graphics card), that seemed to solve the problem.

Some questions from your list above.
0. What temps is your GPU running at idle and underload?
1. Which drivers did you try? What driver are you using now?
2. Fill out your 'System Specs' so we have something to reference.....What BIOS version are you running?
3. ----
4. What is 'AH'?
5. Do you mean memtest86+? How many passes did you run? Seven full passes are recommended.
6. Define 'all kinds', which tests did you run?

Upload all the required information: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

We need more information before we can look into your issues.

Hi Dave,

My system is a TOSHIBA laptop:
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
OS Version: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601
System Model: Qosmio X775
System Type: x64-based PC
Video Cards: Intel integrated + GTX560M

Detail on the GTX560M:
Core Clock 775MHz
Memory Clock 1250MHz
Shader Clock 1550MHz

For some unknown to me reason I cannot control the FAN speed

0. What temps is your GPU running at idle and underload?
At IDLE is 40 - 55C. On load (when playing Diablo3) reaches 70-75C
1. Which drivers did you try? What driver are you using now?
I was with 301.42 now I've rolled back to 296.10
2. Fill out your 'System Specs' so we have something to reference.....What BIOS version are you running?
BIOS 1.70 (fixes for video throttle are included from BIOS 1.60)
..
Change History
Version 1.70 - 2012-02-27
Made changes to improve VGA throttling.
Version 1.60 - 2012-01-12
Made a change to detect Optimus and 3D SKUs, then inform the EC to set different VGA throttling protections.
...
4. AH is the Auction House from the DIABLO 3 it is like an online market for items and does not heavily loads the Video Card
5. Regarding memtest86+ ... If I remember correct it was reached 4 passes.

It's another overheat problem... whether it's not the GPU I think. I've put a FAN in front of the laptop for a few hours while running Diablo 3 and now I see that it didn't crash.
Thanks for your time Dave!

Post your crash files again, we need all of them to compare the crashes, this will help us to diagnose the cause.

ACPI is Advanced Configuration and Power Interface, this is the power management specification which provides power to each component.

Post your system specs in the "My System Specs" dropbox in the lower left corner of any of your posts. This way we can all see them without looking back the single post.

Test your HDD with Toshiba Hard Drives - Software Utilities Quick Test and Comprehensive Test

If that test won't run, for any reason, then use Seatools.
Download and run Seatools.
How to use SeaTools for Windows
Short Drive Self Test and Long Drive Self Test.

Run memtest86+ for a full 7 passes, best to run overnight.
Do the first test with all RAM cards installed.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Can you download CPUZ and post a snip of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs.
For posting the information , enter 'Snipping tool' in the Start button > Search box, hit enter. Select the area you want to post and save to a convenient place.

Small update some of the crashes cannot create minidump file. On the BSOD message is: Physical memory dump FAILED with status 0xC0....9C
Post your crash files again - I've attached the last minidump file
Post your system specs in the "My System Specs" - done
Test your HDD with Toshiba Hard Drives - Software Utilities Quick Test - Does not want to start the tests
If that test won't run, for any reason, then use Seatools. - ShortDST - Pass

I assume this is the reason for the crashes or this is a result from all the crashes that I had so far?

Yes, you're right, that is the reason for your crashes.
Crashes won't cause RAM to fail.

Bad news is with a laptop the OEM BIOS won't let you make any adjustments.
If it's still under warranty you should RMA the RAM.
If not, you can test each RAM card.
Take out one RAM card and see if it will pass memtest86+, pass or fail swap out with the other card and test again. You can stop the test if you get any errors, one is too many.
To be sure you should test the good RAM card, if you have one, in another RAM slot.
If a RAM card passes in one slot and then fails in the other slot it indicates a possible bad motherboard slot.

It's best to replace both RAM cards, matched sets have a much better chance to run together without any problems.

Let us know the results.

Dave,

I've checked with memtest86 each of the RAM modules, with no errors reported. Then I've checked with memtest86 both of them for 8 passes and nor errors reported?! I just do not understand what happened here?

That is not unusual, and most of the time it means the RAM is bad.
One error is too many and means the settings needs adjusted or the RAM needs replaced.

One possibility is the RAM might not of been seated completely, or a little dirt was in the slot.
Run it for a while and see if it is stable.

If you want to stress the system you can run OCCT.
OCCT stability checking tool
Run the CPU:OCCT test for at least 30 minutes, be sure to monitor your CPU and GPU temps.
Set the time before you start.
When its done, pass or fail, it will make some graphs. Post these here as they are useful for analyses.
