Hi Everyone
I am getting BSOD when playing games but most recently playing Elite Dangerous.

This has been an intermittent problem for some time i have tried driver updates complete uninstalls and re install and all known malware and virus removal.

I have also tried adjusting my fan speeds incase it is a temp issue but so far nothing has helped

I have attached the latest log file here for anyone that can take a look

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Edit: I have now attached a DM Log Collector File for anyone to take a look

1: Virtually all of your dumps are blaming your ATI drivers.

:ar: Download the 13.9 driver from here then use AMD Uninstall Utility to remove all traces of your current driver, CCC etc. Reboot and install the 13.9 driver.

   Note
When installing choose 'Advanced' or 'Custom' (whichever option is available, just not Express) and uncheck everything except the video driver.

2: An element of AVG has also appeared in one of the logs.

Code:

CUSTOMER_CRASH_COUNT: 1

DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: WIN7_DRIVER_FAULT

PROCESS_NAME: [COLOR=Red][B]vprot.exe[/B][/COLOR]

:ar: Uninstall AVG and install MS Security Essentials and MalwareBytes.

   Note
Make sure you uncheck the 'Enable Free Trial' box when installing.

Just going through the install now, is there a way to recheck everything once done such as rerunning the DM log or will i just have to wait and see if another BSOD happens.

Also i did notice that there was a newer driver available 14.2 should i upgreade to that one once i have gone through your instructions or not?

Thanks

When the driver is installed run your machine with it installed for a while to test stability, if you get any more BSODs then re-run the log collector and post up your new logs. Don't update the driver until we know if the one linked works.
