BSOD while attempting to DL drivers

I have attached the zip folder from the Diagnostics Tool.

I had this problem at the beginning of the summer so I did (at recommendation of my roommate who built it) an RMA for as much stuff as I can. It worked for 4 days of 6 hours a day playing rome total war on max (not the most intensive) and only started blue screening when I got an internet connection.

Have you updated all your drivers for all your devices? Make sure to make a sweep of all your computer parts by updating the drivers/firmware/BIOS for em. Usually the drivers that come on the disc with a part is quite outdated. Go to the manufacturer website for each part and download the appropriate stuff for it. For the motherboard, avoid downloading and installing any software for it. Only download device drivers (e.g. audio, network) that are required to have parts of your mobo working. Anything that's designed to "enhance", monitor or "add" features should be avoided. Also, update your AVG software. And avoid using any driver installation software out there that's designed to find and update your drivers. They have a reputation for installing outdated and/or incorrect drivers. Best just do it tried and true method as described.

You have crashdumps dating from 2011 to 2013. Assuming only the crashdumps for August 2013 are relevant (only 2013 crashdumps are August and January), I do see a couple that hint to a problem in the TCP/IP stack, but I am not able to determine anymore from these minidumps. If the driver/BIOS/firmware sweep didn't seem to remedy the issue, we can proceed further. Setup Driver Verifier as instructed, restart the system, get the system to crash a couple of times, then send us the resulting crashdumps. Read all instructions.

hey sorry, a little late with the response. The computer was built originally in 2011, and gave me freezing and blue screen issues. my roommate and i decided to RMA the motherboard since he suspected it. Right after i did that my parents took it away from me until my grades improved. Sept '12 was the first time attempting to use it again, with the same issues. I got busy at school and my afterschool job and i forgot about it until xmas break. We attempted to fix it again, with the same issues yet again. This summer i left it with my roommate for him to fix it. He RMA'd almost every part in it and its been working okay since then, in fact it's only blue screened a few times since i posted this (a new record haha) ill attach the new blue screens if anybody wants to look through them for me. Thanks a lot for the help Vir Gnarus, I think I've gotten most of the drivers downloaded now.

Don't forget BIOS for your motherboard and any firmware if need be. BIOS is especially crucial to this. Also, there is always the possibility that you ended up purchasing a dud to replace a dud, or perhaps you purchased a dud to replace a good part! Of course, we can't tell for now without proper information. Driver Verifier will especially help us in that endeavor, but it'll help Driver Verifier a lot if you update all your drivers first to avoid potential false positives.

Alright so the computer is still bluescreening quite frequently. Sometimes it works for 3 days without crashing and sometimes, like today, it crashes 3 times in an hour. I've tried updating all of my drivers and I believe they are all up to date. Coming to your guys to double check that and to see if that's even the problem in the first place.

Nothing definitive I can find except your latest crashdump had some error codes present, one of which was a corrupt file and an unexpectedly closed pipe and process. I suggest doing a couple things:

• Run CHKDSK /R
• Run SFC /SCANNOW
• Provide screenshot of CrystalDiskInfo output for each of your drives.
• Turn on Driver Verifier, let the system crash a few times from it, then send us the resulting crashdumps.

Btw, what specific parts were replaced when you had your PC serviced?

The parts we replaced were the motherboard, ram, processor and graphics card.

i will run the processes that you have suggested and get back to you
