BSOD while in Firefox

Hello,

I'm getting a 0x0000001E BSOD each day for the past three days. It happens during browsing in Firefox and from what I remember always in the same phpBB forum. One I've been using for more than a decade with no problems.
It happens during times I'm going to post or interact and not while reading.
I don't know if it's a coincidence or not.
The only recent changes to my PC (except Windows Updates) have been the upgrade of Firefox from 57 to 57.0.1 and the installation of the game Dishonored 2.
In one of these BSOD Dishonored was running (so I initially thought it had to with that), but I it was minimized and I was in Firefox. In the other two instances the game was not running.

There were no other hardware of software changes and Windows 7 did not have any problems.
Judging from the minidump it's the ntoskrnl.exe but this doesn't say much. I also updated my graphic card driver but it happened again.
