BSOD while playing games, possible graphics card fault?

So while I'm in the middle of enjoying my library of games, like TF2, WoW, and TES 5: Skyrim, my screen flickers and an error notification pops up, saying my graphics card recovered from an error, several times and then my computer bluescreens and does a physical memory dump cycle before restarting

There's also an array of artifacts (or "ghosts", as my circle of friends have started calling them) that keep flickering all around the screen, which has been going on for awhile, but i've just been ignoring it as a mild inconvenience up until now.

Do I need to get a new graphics card before this is fixed, or is something else the problem?

This BSOD is pointing Towards your GFX Drivers, try updating them and removing catalyst control center.

Yep, still had the same problems.

On top of that, about 2 days ago, my computer froze while continuing attempts at playing games, so I attempted a hard reset. But after turning the computer back on, my main hard drive failed to start up and read as unbootable and one of my secondary hard drives couldn't communicate with the rest of the system.

It is most unfortunate.

Have you been able to boot your system since?

Maybe we should try to diagnose your Harddrive first.
