Hi,

I just had a BSOD while watching a video on youtube. Today i installed the latest ATI HD 4830 driver. Last night(the ATI driver was not installed) i had another BSOD. Here is detailed information about my computer:

Is Windows 7 . . .
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ?
- the original installed OS on the system?
- an OEM or full retail version?
- OEM = came pre-installed on system
- Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

- What is the age of system (hardware)?
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?)

ANSWER:

1. x64.
2. Yes.
3. Retail Version.
4. 2 years and 6 months.
5. 1 year.(no)

The archive with the necessary information is attached below.

P.S The
perfmon /report is zipped too and it's called my_computer.html.

Thank you for your time!

BSOD caused by atikmpag.sys, part of ATI display drivers

Possible causes: bad RAM/PSU, incorrect RAM timings/voltages, bad Graphics card, overheating, outdated driver

Uninstall the Nvidia driver then use driver sweeper to remove leftover driver files
Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

Reinstall ATI drivers
ATI Radeon

If the above does not work test your RAM or get another graphic card
