I got a BSOD a few minutes ago, don't know what happened.



I'm uploading the SF Diagnostic Tool file.



Secondly, Windows gave me this dialog box saying "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown". This is the details from the box.

There's nothing in that zip file except some notes.

I pressed GRAB ALL.

Leave out the big memory.dmp file and upload the mini dmps
And are you sure this "troll-dad" vista pc is yours? :huh:

Some outdated drivers that need to be updated:

• Driver	c:\windows\system32\drivers\rtkvhda.sys (6.0.1.5555, 1.96 MB (2,054,872 bytes), [COLOR="MediumTurquoise"]1/24/2008 [/COLOR]10:06 AM)

Then run Disk Check:

Look for a BIOS update:

I've checked for the BIOS numerous times before the BSOD, but can't find an update
I've also checked for the Graphics driver, and I can't find a newer version for some reason...

Maybe the laptop/desktop is an old model? Not sure.
Check here again, latest chipset/motherboard/gfx drivers

Have checked there about 6 times now?
I just did, it says my chipset is UP TO DATE
I checked it with the auto-scanning utility. AND I also manually entered my BIOS model and it said that my model 1.0.18 is the latest.

Okay, so that computer is old. Anyway, since you updated the audio driver just observe for more BSoDs. If there are more, upload them like you did.
