BSOD's & black screens - costum build pc

With that in mind I recommend trying Furmark.

Stress test your graphics card with Furmark

I recommend running it for around 30 minutes

   Warning

Furmark will increase the temperature of your GPU rapidly so keep and eye on your temperatures

Are you running specific programs when it crashes?

Not afaik.
The pc is beeing used for internet purpose and music.
So it runs Itunes, chrome, firefox ,spotify,skype...
It also uses an on board graphics chipset (again if it's relevant).

Can I also use aida64 to stress my GPU or does Furmark does a better job?

Well this is embarrassing..., but is it possible BSOD's are caused by a badly plugged 24pins connector?
(this may have caused the black screens I think..)

Yes bad connections can cause lots of different errors.
You may have found the solution.
Let us know how it goes :)

Can you enable Driver Verifier from the previous posts.

Switching to Kernel Memory Dumps will help.

Follow these instructions on how to change to Kernel Memory Dumps.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html

Once changed wait for another BSOD, then upload the new dump file to a file sharing website like OneDrive.
The new dump file will be located in C:/Windows/memory.dmp.

Don't zip it up as it corrupts the dump file by compressing it.
