I also noticed you have driver verifier enabled.
There is no reason to activate it unless advised, specifically Force Pending I/O Requests which I never recommend enabling as it can given false positive reports.
Disable Driver Verifier by going to your Start menu and typing in
verifier.exe,
once open select
Delete Existing Settings then restart your computer.
