burning m2ts file

hello guys, i just installed the win7 on my pc.. well, there are problems with the sound but i can manage to have a fuzzy sound but my problem now is that i am trying to burn a dvd for back up of all my videos and they are in m2ts file.. before with the win xp, i wasnt having any problems burning them but now, it keeps saying fail and some when added, there are no video shown when played, black screen.. i am using nero 7 and with win xp, there were no probs.. anyone can help me with this or anyone knows whats the best software to burn dvd and that can make a menu?

I use Nero 9 Express for DVD movies , and Nero 9 Vision for M2TS files.

im using nero 7.. i dont know with nero 9 though.. but when i was still using windows xp, nero 7 vision was working fine.. and i dont want to format my pc again and install windows xp.. aahh.. i just dont know what to do anymore..

ejack681, have you thought of using a program to convert your M2TS files to another format, then burn them?
