Need Help!

Here is the problem, I had installed a program couple of days ago and I was getting frequent system errors after that and I decided to restore my operating system to an earlier date.

So I reset my desktop, press f11 which was on the menu for system restore. Now instead of system restore, i clicked on system recovery, and clicked next, it started the process and after the process was like 2% done I realized I made a mistake, instead of system recovery to an earlier date i clicked on system recovery to factory setting!

So i immediately shut of my pc, and restarted it, now it says

Bootmgr is missing
Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart

i tried pressing f11 and getting back to the restore option, but now only system recovery option is available and system restore option is gone!

Plz help, I have so many precious files that I do not want to lose ( yes i should have backed them up earlier :() .....i do not care if i lose the installed programs..just the files that i do not want to lose...

What are my options , what can I try.. Plz help
