Cannon find msvcr80.dll

After installing my windows on my laptop when I tried to install Microsoft Office 2007 installer showed a message that it cannot find the msvcr80.dll file in Office.en-us folder! But I clearly see that .dll file,right there!!!
Now what to do.Help me out please.

You could also run sfc scannow command:
