Cannot enable Aero themes by no means.

So I always loved W7 because it looks better than w8 in my opinion but the only thing I hate is the taskbar,I want it in Aero. I used windows 8 for the past year and I got a nasty virus and had to format my pc just to start clean. And I tought hey,I'll use w7 until w10 comes along,hopefully the Aero bug was just a glitch and is fixed now.
But no,it's still here,I do now know what I am doing wrong. I installed every driver and software that I need,restart the pc,aero is there. Do some windows update,restart,Aero is working. Go out for a hour,turn on the PC,Aero is gone.
I tried this "tutorial" ; I enabled it just for a few seconds,then it stopped working. Please help me.
Forgot to mention,I ran the windows aero fix tool and it said that the driver card doesnt support aero and that the desktop windows manager is disabled,I tried to restart it,and it did the same thing as that force aero thing: enable it for few seconds,then stopped working.

Sorry for the late reply,had to find a good tool to take screenshots.
I don't know how this would help but here it is.

The first time I booted the windows I got a 6 and now a 7.7 o.o ( after it finished aero seems to be enabled) nevermind,wanted to see if WEI test fixed it and it didnt,any ideas?
So the aero effect seems to be working after I RESTART the pc. why is that?

As long as you have the latest AMD drivers, there is no reason aero won`t work all the time, especially with a 7.7 score.

Are you getting the latest drivers from AMD.com ?

Have you run all rounds of windows update ?

If any driver update for your card shows up in windows update, make sure you uncheck and hide that update, don`t install it.

WEI doesn`t fix video problems, it just gives a rating of your PC.

What theme are you using? The high-contrast themes disable Aero.

I have selected the Aero theme,doesnt matter what kind of aero theme,none of them work.
And yes,I have my video driver up to date,the windows updates are all done.

Run the System File Checker (SFC /scannow) using Option Two. Follow the steps in the Note portion of step 4.
