When trying to upgrade I get this error: Your current version of Windows is more recent than the version you are trying to upgrade to.
I'm trying to do a repair on my windows because initially I had a problem with windows updates(not being able to check for updates) and then I noticed SFC wasn't working ~probably connected, not sure.
The windows 7 .iso I have doesn't have SP1. And I don't think my PC does either(since I deleted all installed updates while trying to repair the windows updater).
