Can't detect Wifi, Downloads from Internet won't start

One day I turned on my computer and wanted to install new itunes. I couldn't do that because my computer didn't find any wifi connection. Then I used cable to get network and tried to download itunes again, but it was hopeless. Tried updating drivers, still nothing.

I have windows 7 64bit.

The problem came after several days downloading ESET nod32

after uninstalling it, nothing changed

if i try to troubleshoot, there comes 0x8007045A error
