Can't get Win 7 taskbar back..?

I JUST scrolled down and seen the ancient themes you can get back to. Unfortunately, I had even restarted and my taskbar everything else is still light blue and not transparent. I'm here and I'm clueless as to just bring it back.

Try restoring it back to the date it worked.

Try to do a System Restore and see if that works.

I didn't realize the taskbar is the Aero "theme"..I thought transparency was adjustable however. Sorry..S0LVED.
