Cant install alot of things

I have tried to search for a way to fix this, but i cannot find anything.

When i try to use installshield, most of the time i get this:

I did delete some installshield files without knowing they were needed, is there anyway to like reinstall them or something?

Is this something which you have installed previously? If so, was it purchased or perhaps a trial?

Xenshoa, you need to reinstall InstallShield 2010.

If reinstall will reset your full license to a trial one contact software developer.

Actually, this link won't get you InstallShield 2010. It only asks you to download some crapware or proceed to the general website, which has links only to the latest version InstallShield 2011.

Why do you use this Install Shield. It is not needed to install programs. I would get rid of it.
