can't install internet explorer 9 x32 bit on my window

i cannot install internet explorer 9 x32bit on my pc /.//........it gives a update error and asks to download it from microsofts update site....i open that site and can not download that update....tell me what to do...

Why can't you download from their website .. error? Have you checked Windows Update? You can get it from there too.
