every time i wanna install WLM from the microsoft soft site it says:

you cant install WLM

error code : 0x800b0004

reason: maybe the data is damaged

You could always google the error code, but in the meantime, have you tried re-downloading the setup file?

Well there has to be a solution, but it would really help if you could give a

better explanation than "I tried", like what did you try and what happened

after you tried it. The more info the better the help that can be offered.
