Can't re install windows

Hi, I'm at loss of what 2 do here.
I'm getting error code 0x8007017 when trying to re-install Windows.
I've tried it from a different USB and disc and it's sill happening.
What do you suggest?

tried them steps, but got this error at expanding windows files:

windows cannot install required files. the file may be corrupt or missing. make sure all files required for installation are available and then restart the installation. error code: 0x80070017

re download the iso, re burn to dvd

You must have missed Step 4 in tutorial I linked above which overcomes all installation failures.

To get the job done you must read the instructions (Tutorials)
Read them more than once if necessary.

There is no GPT partition scheme for UEFI computer in rufus.

Personally, I would convert the drive to MBR and use Legacy boot
