Can't replace Aero.msstyle

3. Windows Classic.
4. Not properly pached?!? WTF. I remember patching them last night!
5. The theme applied with no changes to Aero. So, it didn't work.

I've download the black Win7 Basic theme

Where did you download this theme from? If you let me know I will dw it & try it to see if the theme itself is corrupted.

Here is what i do. Patch my files with universal theme patcher. Then dont forget to take onwership (using supplied zip) of the whole windows folder. Take ownership becomes an option when you right click any file or folder. change to windows classic. backup old aeros in the Windows>resoucres>theme folder delete it, copy the new one over. And your done
