Solved CBS.LOG Problem

Hi, there I have this CBS.Log error report (after 2 fresh partition installs of Windows 7 x64 Ultimate) and i can't download certain important windows updates. I've tried a repair install, but to no avail. I possibly believe its the windows disk itself that is defective. The pattern is pretty obvious and mentioned in windows update. The error is 800b0100 after looking it up online and trying many solutions I've been stumped. Does anyone know if there is another way to fix this?

Nevermind fixed the problem by checking on updates. Apparently Windows Update missed the install on service pack 1 so subsequent updates could not be installed.
