Solved Changing mouse settings

I have been able to change my cursor from a white arrow to a solid black one.
Now I would like to change the switch over on a link of the "hand" icon from white to black.
Anyone have any idea if and how that can be done?

Look at screen shots, Put the dark .cur in a place that it can stay like My Documents and browse to it in mouse settings.
I have the dark .cur in the zip at the bottom of this post.
