I've been picking my hair the last few days trying to get updates working on this system. I started off with multiple errors in the CheckSUR showing corrupt files and missing manifests. I fixed most of them using the MS article except for a couple of KB files listed below. I did download the KB files referenced below and placed files into the correct location. After running DISM I am still getting the same message about unavailable repair files even though the files themselves are present.

Last night I manually installed KB2901112 and reran DISM with no effect.

SFC scan is not showing any errors.

I am getting 9C59 Windows Update error and 1 update that fails to install which is IE11. I attempted to manually install it which also fails.

As as last straw I am reaching out to you for help.

Hi

as you've allready managed to import missing files, just a question,
did you follow BOTH of these instructions

copy all *.cat,*.mum files to C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages folder,
AND
copy all *.manifest files to C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\WinSxS\Manifests

I did copy files to both locations.

I managed to get one of the updates fixed but still have this one file that's missing. I downloaded every single KB2909921 package that I could find and none of the cab files have this particular mum file included. Any idea where I can find it?
