Commands not recognized

Hello,
I've a problem, why all the commands I type into CMD are not recognized by windows?
traceroute, ping, nslookup, etc...

'nslookup' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

my PATH is C:\Program Files;C:\Winnt;C:\Winnt\System32

Problem Solved, Just needed a restart after updating the PATH.
