y dont i have that advanced tab???

also i have concluded that the poor speeds and hang times for my desktop is because of the actual wifi adapter i put in. so im going to be changing the slot its in, then try again, if no go, then im returning it.

I have used those types of wifi and I think you'll be happy. More ram is always good as long as they match perfectly. The powerline solution for your Ethernet to me would be far and away the best but as I've only read and never run one and the cost being 3 times the wireless it has to be your choice.

Yes, the advanced tab doesn't really show more than that other than a graph of the coers.

I've always used Lite-On and been very pleased, add 50-60 bucks and you get into a Blu-Ray reader,

Lite-On IHAS124-04 Internal DVD Writer - DVD+R 24X, DVD-R 24X, DVD+RW 8X, DVD-RW 6X, DVD+R DL 8X, SATA (OEM) at TigerDirect.com

awesome thanks! the ODD wont be used for anything more then installing and running games. thats all. so no need for anything like that :D

im in my room. all the wireless stuff is in my moms room. also having cats, they will chew up the wires. and living in an apartment, cant drill or stab holes into walls.

No worries and just enjoy it. The new PSU will mean you'll get to almost completely re-think the wiring all over again and with a full or semi modular the look should clean up even more.
