Solved Computer Crashes

I tried to run the memtest again. still didnt show any errors.

The power supply is new. I also found a new problem. My fan at the top dont want to move. like it dosent get enough power. it moves alittle every 2sec and stops again. Continues like that.

As far as your other fan, that's a whole new problem where we need to determine if it might just be a worn out or a bad fan dying. Or if your system is cooled anough it's trying to reduce noise by going as slow as possible.

I know you ran prime95 for at least 2 hours. So i will assume your CPU is fine, no hardware or overheating issues in the CPU section.

Can you run Furmark for about 2 hours at least?
Once this test is complete I will also assume the GPU department is fine, no oeverheating issues either.

Memtest takes a few hours, not minutes. The test you did was too short to be able to tell anything.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html Please read part 2 especially. If an error does appear please read part 3. You may want to print these out.
If the memory test does 7 passes on your Memory i will assume the problem is not your RAM.

Since the RAM test past, and the graphics test past, and CPU test all pass while being tested indiviually. We can now determine the problem isnt your graphics being faulty or other hardware. My gut feeling at first was RAM since you mention only crashing while using high amount of RAM.

Can you run Prime 95 and do heavy CPU and lot of RAM tested while doing that run furmark at same time. your computer should turn off if it's a underpowering issue. Please save all your work and close everything else.

If it does shut off let us know the sytem shutdown should occur under 30 minutes.
If it does not shut off the power supply was probably not the problem. We wil then assume the game is at fault.

In addition to the excellent help you're getting already, I'd work through other troubleshooting steps
to utilize System Resources, comb the logs, achieve a Clean Boot, and other steps that can bring you closer to resolving this.

If you have had a crash that generated a dump you can also gather what's needed and post it up in our Crashes forum for expert analysis that will pinpoint the cause: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions - Windows 7 Forums

Ok, i willl try to run prime95 and furmark together, i will talk to you later.

Nope you want 64 bit drivers on 64 bit Win7.

Use the drivers given by the installer, then get online to get latest from optional Windows Updates. Any drivers then missing in Device Manager can be imported from the SUpport Downloads webpage for your model computer or device.

Don't change drivers given by installer/updates unless performance requires it.

There is no warning mark on any of my hardwares under Device Manager.

To be honest. I'm about to give up on this computer. I've spend around $1200 on this computer and i get this for it. Thought about trashing it and save up for a new computer..

Been 4 months waste of money on this project

How many of the troubleshooting steps did you complete and what were the results of each. HD diagnostics?

You can't give up until you work through all of the steps to know that you've done all you can.

Check all of the connections, mobo ports, plugs, cables. Test the HD now.

Okay i downloaded a Hard Drive test. "SeaTools for Windows" found it under your link. i've splitted my harddisks in 2, i clicked both. then i choosed full test. Told me save the data i neeeded. Nothing important. I just reinstalled windows. It also told me it will take several hours. Should i stay off the computer while its processing?

What do you mean you "splitted my HD in two?" The procedure is to boot the Seatools CD and run Extended test on the entire HD.

Are you reinstalling now? At what step did the Win7 installer say it will take several hours? Clean Install Windows 7 . I have never heard of this. Did you follow the steps shown in the blue link? When did it give the message?

What i mean is i have a C and a D drive. So i keep my windows on C and all my installs on the D drive.

when i opened to link you sent me to test my HB, i downloaded the one for windows7. "SeaTools for Windows 7" I the do the following tests on this program

Run the Long Test and report back results.

If you are saying you have programs on the D drive these will have to be reinstalled after Win7 is reinstalled to C. You should always back up your data on the same HD when doing a reinstall.

Once you have a confirmed good installer you should try wiping the HD first, disconnecting all others then booting the installer to clean reinstall: SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

Run the Long Test and report back results.
