Yep,after almost 100 replies

OP changed the motherboard and the case solved.

I would want to finish troubleshooting the RAM as JK suggested to see if the old mobo is salvageable to use elsewhere or sell. Is it too late to RMA it?

Before the server crash and before we miss few replies OP posted.....
