Computer randomly blue screens

Sadly, it appears you have faulty hardware beyond the RAM: Bug Check 0x7F: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP

The only other common cause of that crash is antivirus/firewall software. Old versions of Zone Alarm were known to cause that crash, but I do not see it on your system, so unless you are using another third party security program, it is likely hardware.

Your CPU faulted due to hardware that faulted. It does not mean your CPU is faulty. My instinct is the problem is related to your motherboard. We already know you have a bad slot.

I think regardless of whether there is other hardware that is faulty, the motherboard should be replaced for that bad slot. If the slot is bad, chances are it is not the only bad part on the board. If you want to run other hardware checks, I will provide some below.

It may also be worth looking at Hardware Troubleshooting Via System Stripdown

Okay I'll get on those tonight! I wanted to replace my MoBo when I got money anyway so if that is what's wrong that'll be awesome.

Real Temp will not launch, it's telling me my CPU is not supported. I'm going to use Speed Fan (friend recommended it to me) in it's place

Speed Fan is fine. I normally do not recommend it since the interface is designed for more advanced users and changing settings can cause hardware problems for those who are unfamiliar with the program. If you are comfortable with it and have good guidance from your friend, then go ahead. Let us know how the hardware checks go.

Been trying to run the tests, only one I was able to "sorta" get done was the with FurMark and video card seemed to even out at about 93 degrees Celsius didn't have time to check anything else due to a blue screen right as I was starting to check it. And I got a BSOD that said Win32k.sys about 10 minutes into a Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer match not sure that'd be important or not but it looked different because it said specifically that. Have a great day!

Any artifacts in FurMark when you ran it? Was FurMark still running at the time of the blue screen crash?

Please upload the latest crash reports for us to analyze.

Was that crash report collected in Safe Mode? If not, I suspect you have malware/a virus on the system.

Crashes are related to memory and/or Ventrilo.exe

Yeah it was in safemode and if it's related to Ventrilo well then it's just another reason to move on over to mumble haha

Well I'm back! I got a new motherboard and I no longer get random blue screens five minutes after logging on, however after about 30 minutes of playing games (Dota2 and Diablo 3) my computer will begin to lock up for 5-10 seconds. It only does this while playing games. While surfing the web or doing anything else it works fine. It will lock up (usually) about 3 times then will result in a bluescreen with a Kernal Inpage Data Error. I've ran Memtest86+ and the Western Digital lifegaurd test mentioned earlier in the thread and both have found nothing.

When I was trying to get this it would close automatically so I rebooted and it worked fine. Before I rebooted it was saying that my HDD was full and now it's at 824gb/931gb, figured it would be worth mentioning.

I do not recall whether I said this yet, but make sure AMD Vision Engine Control Center is not overclocking your graphics card without your knowledge.

Also, if you get messages that your hard disk is full when it is not, that means you should probably defragment the drive. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/11733-disk-defragmenter-open-use.html

Windows has some nice command line flags for the defrag command. The -b and -w flags will defrag boot files and the boot registry items as well as compact the data to the center of the disk for faster access.
defrag c: -b
defrag -c -v -w
The first command optimizes boot performance for the Windows drive by defragmenting boot files and boot registry items.

The second command includes all drives on the system through the -c command and optimizes the drives by compacting the data to the center of the disk. Verbose output through the -v option is optional to provide the user with more information about the defrag tasks. The commands have to be run in an http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/783-elevated-command-prompt.html.

For more flags, see http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/11733-disk-defragmenter-open-use.html.
