scrooge is right. You got either a bad Win7 installation or a hardware problem. Hard to say from here. I would get my money back and buy another system.

10 minutes is a long time. Some people have reported that some Gigabyte boards take a long time to boot up. My current setup uses a Gigabyte board. I was having a slow boot up. Unlike my previous MSI board, I could set the first boot device as the optical drive and the second device as the hard drive, with no delay in the boot up process. However, my Gigabyte board needs to have the fist boot device as the hard drive. Leaving the optical drive as the first boot up device adds 15 to 30 seconds to the boot up process.

Take a look at your Bios and make sure that the primary boot up device is set to the hard drive. It may not be what's causing the problem, but with hardware, you always want to go through the process of elimination. :)

I've walked many times to the store because I had problems with the hard disk and they changed it and it is really disheartening to go back there again because of this problem that takes too much computer time cost. I also really feel like shit that I did not fix it myself and what I was told the store is just install the operating system again.
(By the way currently operating system that I have installed, and the hardware just fine!)
Please you have no other solution to solve this problem?

If you decide to do it by yourself you'll need to diagnose hardware like memory and hard disk, if they check OK, then you need to perform a clean windows installation, follow the guides posted in tutorials and you'll be fine.
