Your system is doing multiple tries at installing this update:
This computer is currently scheduled to install these updates on ?8. ?rujna ?2011. at 3:00:
- Update for Windows 7 (KB2607712)

No idea why the date is messed up. It is in all these logged cases. Please check in your Maintenance center? Check for KB2607712 or it's repair, needed because of recent security problems with certificates, here: Download Details - Microsoft Download Center - Update for Windows 7 (KB2607712)

I'm not sure if it caused these bsod's, don't think so. What I do see is possible issues wth too many USB controllers fighting for IRQ's. Not sure if you're comfortable with testing that but I would disconnect the USB - mobo connections one by one and test.

You also have an issue with antimalware protection:

Not sure yet if this is related to the KB discussed earlier..

Your last dump quotes memory corruption probably because of directx.

Nope, my update install popped out earlier yesterday, so probably has nothing to do with the BSOD's. Regarding Usb ports, i only use one for my Razer DeathAdder mouse, and two for my Razer Lycosa keyboard, nothing else, and i swapped places with their usb slots but seems it's not helping. Should i try reinstalling Direct-x?

Did you check if KB2607712 is installed?

After that it is ok to install directx.
Let us know and if (hope not) you get a new bsod, upload again please?
