Solved Control Panel items not showing

The 'Pen & Touch' and 'Tablet PC' services icons are not showing in the control panel. The tablet items Are checked in Windows features but still not visible. I have tried regediting the 'don't load' portion of the control panel but can't seem to get them to 'stick.' I've tried taking ownership of the control panel folder in the registry but that seems not to help either. Any solid ideas to try will be greatly appreciated.

Where did you get Windows 7 Enterprise from and how did you activate it?

Control Panel Items not Showing

Was finally able to get ownership of the file and make the registry settings changes.

And for those 'wondering' where I got Windows 7 Enterprise, I work in the IT department of a University and we pay for such items.
