cooling probs

hi all
im trying to cool my pc better without having to by a new case if i can help it. currently coolermaster elite335.
i have just replaced the stock heatsink to my phenomIIx4 965 as it was tooooo loud. im using an arctic freezer 7 pro rev2. i know that arctic silver has a 200 hr burn in period but my temps r a tad high really. idle around 44c and load its been as high as 61c. i know this isnt mega high but ive read that the max safe temp is 62c.
my system temp is around 41c. it was 29c b4 i upgraded my cpu.

these r the fan headers on my mobo and fans running.
syst fan 1 = 4pin header with 3pin front intake fan conected
syst fan 2 =3pin header with 3pin rear exsaust fan
power fan =3pin header with no fan.

if i was to conected my intake fan to power fan header would it run at 100% all the time or is it the same as the others monitored by mobo?
sorry if i seem lazy for not just trying but im proppa sick of havin to move my case lol

i know my temps arent proppa high but i play bfbc2 online and and cant play for to long b4 my cpu temp is at 60c

any ideas folks? any help is much apreciated.. thanks in advance

Sorry for asking but have you checked to make sure your fans are free of dust and operating at proper speed?

yeah its all spotless as i have been in n out of it loads in the last few days. installin new cpu then swappin cooler then re-doing all cables lol
