ive only got Win 7 on its something i built for a prject at school and threw this on iv loved it so much im buying ultimate when it releasedThanks - one last clarification I should have made in MSConfig, under the Boot tab, if you click "Advanced options", "Maximum memory" should be unchecked.
If you have more than one OS entry in the Boot tab, which I think you might, make sure you have selected the Win 7 boot entry before clicking "Advanced options" and determining the "Maximum memory" status which should be unchecked.
Thank you all you have been very helpful but i think all i can really do is Cross my finges and hope this problem will eventually be rsolved beside its runsfine on 8Gb anyway.
