Create ShellPack

[MallRat]

i've modified imageres.dll, shell32.dll, explorer.exe and other files, but saving a themepack won't save these changes.
As i understand one can create a shellpack to do this...

So can someone provide me with some info or a link on how to create a shellpack, or implement these modified files into a themepack ?
