Excellent work Sean, for everyones peice of mind I have also tested the script and it worked flawlessly, also I would like to add that running sfc /scannow in an Elevated command promt will also restore all icons to default after restart.

If you have any issues feel free to ask Sean or myself for help.

Yep it's broken, for some reason you can't direct link to a download on your skydrive because they keep on changing it every few hours, hopefully he can fix it again by just putting up a link for his public page, which doesn't change I found.

If you are referring to my blue ones, then no they were meant for the general public but you can use them for whatever you like.

It is hard to find great icons like this for commercial use.

It's windows dll's for 32 and 64. It is not big. Imageres and shell32 are 35mb.
