defrag problem

Hi
For some reason I cant get defrag to work on my system
says schedule to run with another program cancel scheduling
I did but message still appears wont let me cancel or defrag

There are many really good third party defrag utilities, I have used Piriform's defragger and Auslogic's defragger over the years. I recommend not doing a lot on the computer while such are running. Also, do not use free-space wiper unless it is the only thing running. Do not use Time Freeze or anything of that sort while defragging.

With either 3rd party defragger, you should be good to go! Many simply use Windows' built-in defragger, however, I have always used a 3rd party utility.

Grab a copy of TaskSchedulerView (64bit):

Download TaskSchedulerView - MajorGeeks

Run the program by right clicking the executable then choose "run as admin"

Once all tasks are listed click "Edit" in the Menu Bar then choose "Select All"

Then in the Menu Bar choose "File" then "Save Selected Items"

Save the file to your desktop with the .txt extension and give it a name.
