Doubtful if you can get it to fit. The mounting holes between the two monitors are probably different.
The only way you might be able to get it to work is if the Dell uses the VESA mount screw holes to mount the monitor (unlikely). VESA mounts are used to mount a monitor to something like a desk mount arm or specialized stand. If your ASUS monitor has a set of VESA screw holes in the center of the back of the monitor, you might want to invest in an aftermarket swivel mount. You'll have better luck with it that you will with that Dell one.
