When I drag a desktop shortcut to my DellDock, sometimes it asks me if I want to delete the desktop shortcut after adding it to the dock. But sometimes it doesn't ask. Is there a reason for not asking sometimes?

I'd chock it up to Dell.

Itunes used to do the same kind of thing, Ask you sometimes if you want to delete the file when you remove a song from your library, but sometimes it would not. I just wrote it off as lazy apple programmers only writing the delete code for certain filetypes.
