As the title says my problem is the little dialog window that comes with Windows 7 that pops up whenever a program hangs/crashes etc. Now normally this isn't a huge problem, sure it's not intuitive and usually next to useless, but I've got a couple of applications that will hang when they run. There's nothing wrong with them (aside from some possible coding issues) so that's not my problem. The issue is Windows 7 and it's little dialog box. These applications continue running regardless of the fact that they lock up for a second but that terrible box locks out part of the process which in turn means the application fails to complete its task and returns and a bunch of errors because of it.
So the question is, is there any way to disable Windows from killing the process/showing that dialog box? I've tried turning off error reporting and all that does is remove the 1-2 seconds of "checking for a solution" and goes straight to the close application option.
