Disk partition menagment

afer installing Acronis true i get somewhat my sytem back....Please check my status of hard drives,i am affraid if i again use Acronis for backup message like Mngmbr missing will accure again..i used system restore,and system repair (2x)...i also got into cmd ,and surprisse,it said that my os is on disk (or drive?) D:...whats wrong with this picture? thx!

You have the cable pluged in the wrong way round.

You also have over 300 gigs devoted to C on a drive with multiple partitions. That's much more than most people need, but maybe it's intentional for some reason?

Make sure the Win7 HD remains set first to boot in BIOS setup if you move it.

You should remove the drive letter on System Reserved in Disk Mgmt so nothing will write to the partition holding the boot-critical files.
