Solved dism.exe version 10.0

Are dism.exe version 10.0 and the files that go with it available somewhere for download ?
In Win7 WAIK dism had its own .cab. Win10 WAIK we're not allowed to download.

You need to install just the Deployment Tools from the ADK....

To use a newer version of DISM on a previous version of Windows, install the Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK) from this website, and install the Deployment Tools. Then, start the Deployment and Imaging Tools Environment to run DISM commands.

The site you linked to is not a download site of WAIK. It merely allowes the downloading of an installer.exe, which the tapeworm company wants you to put on your computer. And it certainly is not a place where the dism package(less than 1mb) may be downloaded. (dism.exe 10.0 works fine under win7, without the deployment of any environment)

Do you know of a place where I can right click and save dism.zip or dism.rar ?
